Parsing and computation are client-side. The analysis itself sends no schedule content anywhere.

Stored securely, not scattered.

Saved projects, updates and scenarios live in our secure, access-controlled database — encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per company so your projects are visible only to the people you invite and, where needed to run and support the service, our own administrators.

Access you control.

Role-based accounts with scrypt-hashed credentials, admin and user roles, a forced password change on first login, and per-company isolation enforced at the API layer.

Read-only by design.

Your uploaded file is never modified. What-if scenarios are non-destructive overlays, and any write-back is a separate export you choose to import into P6 or Microsoft Project.

AI grounded in your data.

The assistant answers from the open schedule’s actual numbers. When you use it, your question and a summary of the open project go to the AI provider set up for your company — Anthropic by default, or another provider, including a model endpoint your company runs (see the privacy policy). It explains; you decide.
